Shipping Policy
We ship MigraBye to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. Orders are fulfilled from our warehouse partners in the United States, United Kingdom, and Hong Kong depending on stock availability at the time of your order.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days of purchase. During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.
Delivery Times
Once shipped, estimated delivery is 3 to 8 business days depending on your location. Delivery times are approximate and may vary based on your local carrier and customs conditions. Weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If tracking information is not updated within 2 to 5 business days of receiving this email, please check your junk folder first, then reach out to us at support@nurae.health and we will look into it for you.
Customs and Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping fee. We are not able to predict or control these charges.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages undelivered due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us within 24 hours at support@nurae.health and we will do our best to correct it before shipment.
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbours and your local post office. If the package cannot be located, contact us at support@nurae.health and we will work with you to find a resolution.
EU Residents
Our products are not currently available for sale or delivery within the European Union. Any orders destined for EU countries will be cancelled and refunded in full.
