We stand behind MigraBye completely. If you are not satisfied with your experience, we offer a 90-day money-back guarantee on your first order — no hassle, no complicated process.

90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you have taken MigraBye consistently and are not satisfied with your results within 90 days of your purchase date, we will refund you in full. You do not need to return the product. Simply contact us at support@nurae.health with your order number and we will process your refund promptly.

Eligibility

The 90-day money-back guarantee applies to first-time orders only. Refund requests must be submitted within 90 days of the original purchase date. We reserve the right to limit refund requests that appear to be abusive or made in bad faith.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@nurae.health with your order number and a photo of the item. We will send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped. To cancel, email support@nurae.health with "CANCELLATION" in the subject line and your order number. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or card provider. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
